Our History

Village East Shoe Center was established in 2001 with one mission: to bring a great Shoe Repair Shop to the Montgomery area. Our passion for excellence is what inspired us to open our business, and it continues to drive us today.

Owner, Walter Johnson (left), has been in the shoe repair business for over 65 years! He's worked on all types of shoes from your cheapest, run down sandals to your most expensive dress shoes or heels.

All our repairs are done ASAP and convenient for our customers (pending on the pairs of shoes you have and the work needed, timetable will be discussed), which keeps them happy and satisfied with the results. Come visit us at our shop, or pick up the phone and give us a call.
